The debate is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. Eastern. 9 candidates will participate. Per News Center Maine: "The debate will be split into two separate hours. The early hour, from 7-8 p.m., will include the four candidates who were on the Democratic Primary ballot in June and received more than 20% of the vote. They are Bellows, Jackson, Shah, and Wood. The 8-9 p.m. hour will include the remaining five candidates who either didn't run in a race or received less than 20% of the votes. They are Costello, Dickerson, Kleban, Loud, and Webb."
