The element has an incredibly low melting temperature. The solid metal will melt in the palm of your hand. That's why she is a bit drippy.

She can shape-shift but struggles to maintain it over longer stretches of time. Her ankles are a symptom of that. Her mass has a tendency to lump further down. Something which she is incredibly insecure over.

Have her dreads to further emphasise the semi-liquid feel of her design.

The element is used in things like ledlights, so the dots at the base of her dress are meant to resemble led light strips.
