The element has an incredibly low melting temperature. The solid metal will melt in the palm of your hand. That's why she is a bit drippy.

She can shape-shift but struggles to maintain it over longer stretches of time. Her ankles are a symptom of that. Her mass has a tendency to lump further down. Something which she is incredibly insecure over.

Have her dreads to further emphasise the semi-liquid feel of her design.

The element is used in things like ledlights, so the dots at the base of her dress are meant to resemble led light strips.

Argon! Number 18 on the periodic table. She is a noble gas. The element is odorless and colorless, but when an electric current runs through it, it glows purple, hence the overwhelming use of purple in the design.
I cast her as a welder because the element is commonly used in welding as a shielding element to prevent reactions between oxygen and molten metals. So in a sense, she would also be the perfect mediator because of this very same quality. Since instead of causing reactions, she prevents unwanted ones.
