I don’t know about tossed, but it’s definitely an out for thrown bat. The way he did it deserves being ejected.

Apparently, by rule, intentionally removing your helmet is an automatic ejection in Little League, but it was all after the home run. I'd guess, the hr stands, and the kid is ejected, then referred to the league office and being banned for life from the league for unsportsmanlike conduct. Just my 2cents.
