You still have to run the bases for the score. If you miss one you can be thrown out. So yeah, getting ejected before crossing the plate should probably negate the run
Still have to touch all four bases in a home run. So ejecting the player for the bat flip or the crazy shit before he even got to first base would result in an out because he never touched first base.
Apparently, by rule, intentionally removing your helmet is an automatic ejection in Little League, but it was all after the home run. I'd guess, the hr stands, and the kid is ejected, then referred to the league office and being banned for life from the league for unsportsmanlike conduct. Just my 2cents.
And from the looks of it, his entire team is okay with it. This would become a huge huge drama fest and the league would definitely get called because once the parents start, the whole team would start, and you'd have to have the blue crew throw them all out.

As an umpire with the rule set I have, that kid gets tossed with the missle bat toss for safety reasons
