Yeah it’s head scratching. That is just how baseball is down there, it’s just a different culture around the sport. That’s why we see guys like Caminero practically doing cartwheels and playing the air guitar after some of his homers. These guys are just having fun with the game and there’s nothing wrong with it

This appears to be in the Dominican Republic. If you pause it as he passes the billboard in the outfield, you can see an 809 area code which is for the DR.
