This was a real bad one!
Part of a larger clean that took 12 hours with more weeds than I've ever seen.

Before and after pics. First few are the before. Very good for £120. He used heavy bleach so he said wait 12-24hrs then rinse it down and should be fine then.

I've soaked with Kärchers tree washing solution for 20 minutes and water before pressure washing and it gets a lot better but still can't get last layer off. I'm on pressure 1 or maybe 1.5-2 out of like 3.

Hi guys,
I rented a petrol jet washer and a rotary cleaner to clean my block paving but found that although the surface of the blocks were cleaned the gaps between the blocks remained dirty, meaning that the whole job had to be done with the lance attachment instead. I tried doing slower runs and overlapping passes but I found it to be slower than the lance overall.
The jet washer had 140 bar/2000psi of pressure and a flow of 13.2L/m (3 gallons/m)
I would really like to find a way to get effective cleaning with a rotary cleaner as I have around 140m2 to deal with each year! I need to speed up this job somehow. I was thinking about buying a more powerful jet washer (around 210 bar/3000psi at 11L/m (2.9 gallons/m) with the hope it would work, but I'm uncertain at this point... I need some guidance
Thank you in advance!

I cleaned off the driveway, laid the rug down on the steepest part of the slope, and soaked in water, OxyClean, and laundry detergent with occasional peroxide on stains, and let it sit for an hour. I came back and did the first pass with the power washer, then squeegeed and flipped and did the underside, then flipped and did another pass on the top but small sections at a time. I would wash, squeegee, wash, squeegee, etc until it ran clear. It took about 5 passes with the washer before I was satisfied. Afterwards, I draped it over my fence to dry. It’s a 10x7 and after squeegeeing what I could it was easily able to be moved using my spouse and myself
