Don't worry racists, you can still enjoy the Odyssey

Something weird happened. Online, a lot of seats were booked, so I was like, damn, I better hurry. But once I got to the movie theater, it wasn’t empty, yet there weren’t that many people either. For me, that’s actually better since there are no kids crying or people talking, moving around, or making noise. I like it that way.
I liked the music. Ludwig Göransson did a great job I think that is an award the he will win for sure. I think. Robert Pattinson also did a great job, and the Indian actor was solid too. I support the casting overall, but that doesn’t mean I’ll like everything once I watch it. Elliot Page and some others were kind of meh. It felt like they were forcing something, and a few actors seemed out of place. For example, it’s hard to believe Elliot Page would have survived or been part of something like the Odyssey.
My friends fell asleep as it is a long movie, so I imagine teenagers or people used to watching TikTok clips and reels will find this movie massively boring. But hey, that’s on them.
I think the movie was overhyped. It’s okay, but it’s not Citizen Kane or anything. I think people might enjoy it more at home when it’s released on streaming services. I’m one of those people who likes to pause a movie, take notes, or Google things about the characters, background, and history.
I hope the movie does well. I don’t think it will make 2 billion dollars, but hopefully it can at least break even.

What are movies that you could watch over and over?

Dude in the box office sub keeps making comments like this about The Odyssey and never responds to requests for evidence. Fox News and youtube grifters have done unforgivable damage.

“Nolan superchargers certain aspects of that through a distinctly modern lens that feels so urgent to our current moment.” 🤢
