The second character was meant to be the music teacher, not Flitwick, but they decided to just make it Flitwick anyways in the later movies

The first one better matches the description of Flitwick in the books though.

His apperance eminates: Magic 101 for the first years. To me. Like if i picture a babies first magic teacher. I picture Movie 1 Flitwick.
