Same I was so confused and when I mentioned it to my friend, who watched the show before me, it turned out they didn‘t realize they were the same character until i mentioned it to them at all after watching the whole show.

I rewatched the episode and couldn’t figure out how I missed this new character being introduced.

Today I learned it’s the same character.
