De-icicle-ing*
Fair amount of ice left for the deice boots or deicing fluid.

The vibration would probably do a better job of deicing than whatever this berk is doing

I just realized that dying from a random sky icicle is an option

Imagine sitting on the runway waiting to get off the plane and you're watching this person recording a video

May i ask what is the proper way of deicing a plane? I'd assume that pouring warm water onto the wings would do more bad then good to the sctructure..

Planes prepped for icing conditions are fitted with deicing boots--rubber bladders attached to the leading edges of the wings that are inflated in cycles to loosen ice as it forms.
If the plane doesn't have deicing boots, chemical de-icers are sprayed while the plane is on the ground.

At some point you are going to give yourself a really nasty cut with this. It sounds nice, but not crying over a cut open hand sounds even better imo. 😐

In terms of de-icing they’ve done a very bad job overall
