I'm the head mod of r/ClashofCritters, and I am looking for help with reports.

I'm mostly the only mod dealing with reports, which is hard since it's for a new game and most of the users are active while I'm asleep. Not to mention when my works starts back up, I'll have less time.

So far, I haven't had too many issues with users being toxic, so it's mostly just moderating repeated posts asking the same thing.

I did have one mod helping create an automod to help out, but I haven't heard back from them, so any help would be appreciated.

We only have a few strict requirements which aren’t that difficult to fill.
One: must be 18 or older.
Two: must speak English and at least one other language.
Three: must have access to both the desktop website and mobile app.
Four: must be active enough to actually assist in moderating.
Five: must be an experienced moderator who’s moderated for at least one other community in the past.
Six: show a genuine interest in the communities topic and consider contributing to the community themselves.
Work will be different depending on what division of the mod team your best fitted for. But as of right now, I’m mainly looking for someone to be my lieutenant/advisor of sorts. That’s why I’m looking for experienced moderators specifically. Responsibilities would mainly include aiding in community growth and engagement while also enforcing the rules when need be or removing the occasional AI garbage... oh! And one more thing?.... i’m actually embarrassed to admit this because I don’t like having to say that my Disability is making things difficult for me, but I’m legally blind!!! There are just some things I can’t do on my own that moderators will have to help me out with.... picking nice colors for the flares for example. Again, I am really embarrassed to admit I need help for this reason, so please don’t roast me too hard if anything in my community looks a bit Janky.

Hey everyone! I'm the head mod over at r/blackops2. Some of you may be familiar with the game we are based around, but if you are not, it's a first person shooter game from 2012 developed and published by Treyarch and Activision. We currently have around 49,000 members, but are experiencing a large activity spike as the result of the game re-releasing on newer PlayStation consoles.
