No. Mainly because I fully believe that the ending we got is the intended ending and the reason GRRM isn’t going to ever finish the books is because he got demotivated when he realised that people hated the ending.
I think the main problem is he has no idea how to get people to their goal of the story in a satisfying way.
He claimed he spend half a decade "solving" the "merenese knot" about how to naturally have Tyrion, Dany and the rest meet up in essos. His solution: They don't meet up because by the time Tyrion is there Dany isn't anymore.
