No this deal is great, I just did the math with dekudeals.com using lowest price for each one of the included games, and mind you I have mexican regional price so they're cheaper, and even then the bundle is AT LEAST $10 cheaper than buying them all separately, and thats just base game, see the bundle includes all DLC for the older games, according to price's history those DLC are hardly on discount, so including them your saving is even bigger.
This bundle is 100% worth it

Yeah I wouldn’t consider a bundle missing RE9, the RE4 Remake, and Code Veronica to be the “whole” series.
That’s not even mentioning the many spinoffs like Outbreak, Resistance, Re:Verse, Survivor, and undoubtedly others I can’t think of right now.

the dlc for 7 is worth playing, probably 8 too, which I don't see any dlc or gold edition for 7 or 8. These prices are good for those base games but I've seen the 2 pack of both of their gold editions for $20. So if you plan on playing those with the dlc, you might want to find the gold editions somewhere as the dlc is usually not that discounted on it's own, for what it's worth.
Imo the dlc for 7 shouldn't be slept on.

One thing to keep in mind is the missing content from this bundle:
RE0: five different skin packs (7 extra skins for Rebecca, 2 for Billy).
RE2 (Remake): the Gold Edition content that includes 3 extra skins for Claire, 2 for Leon, the Samurai Edge (Albert model) and the classic OST swap option. There's also 2 more Samurai Edges, but unnecessary imo.
RE3 (Remake): the classic skins for Carlos and Jill.
RE7: Again, the Gold Edition (or Season Pass) content that includes various extra modes and minigames that greatly expand the title.
RE Village: the "Winter's Expansion" that comes with the 3rd Person Mode (pretty good), the "Shadow of Rose" post-game campaign and a few extra characters for Mercenaries.
RE Revelations: two extra characters for Raid Mode (Lady Hunk, a *spoilers* one) and a couple of weapons (those last ones are not necessary at all).
If you're planning to play them once, the deal is okay. Although if you expect to get the remaining DLC later, Capcom usually doesn't make a discount if you already have X item from a bundle so you might end up paying more.
