Oh, I wasn’t even making a joke. They literally got permission from fifa to use it. They didn’t end up doing it, but there was news about that.

I don't think that's true. Viagra isn't a banned substance and so they wouldn't need permission to use it.
Also it wouldn't have actually worked even if they did try it. It's just the media making stories.

And yet the team didn’t even take viagra when they played the Mexico game anyway. I think the joke still works irrespective of the rumour that they’d had viagra for the Azteca considering I found it funny and had completely forgotten about that meme from a couple weeks ago.

Nah I tend agree with him, they should be sponsoring the team that actually makes the final using the same logic, because as it stands England is still stuck with a semi.
Edit: our two opposed arguments are somehow both being downvoted, so I guess there is some mythical 3rd option 😂

To be defeated by rank 1 in the world in the last 5 minutes, is something to be proud of, England is now in the top 5 best teams in the world, That's an amazing come back, to only lose in the last 5 minutes by the best team in the world, that takes guts and the best team won, but England did very well to make it into the top 5 in the world, can't take that away.

It was there to be won. We needed to weather bit of pressure after the goal, maybe make a couple of changes to take back control, and we had a good chance of winning.
Instead Tuchel bottled it, parked the bus for 40 minutes and denied us the chance to even lose with dignity.
