I’ve started collecting 4 months ago and really enjoying it. My DC shelve has been growing everyday because of the compact comics.

Just wondering if anyone has and recommendations for Dc/Marvel/image that would be beginner friendly

Now I need a shelf

Yesterday was my birthday and I got some new items for my collection.

This entire display is the equavilent mess of "I do NOT have space for this" and buying more anyways- and this is only the stuff thats visible. And yes the figures are as annoying as you'd expect when pulling out volumes, but until I get a bookshelf this is my life.

(They were originally displayed on top with the "toys" to the side- but they kept falling and a $10 action figure hurling to the ground is less stressful than a 40 dollar figure)

(also life hack those cheap wooden art sets, take out the plastic insert and its a great case)

Had some downtime today, so I ended up browsing Wikipedia and stubled upon a page for DC crossover events. I had a ton of them I've collected and read already on other shelves in the library, so I got a burst of inspiration and decided to relocate and integrate them all into the DC Events bookshelf. The moving around of everything is always fun (LOL), and I've expanded to the next level down. "Should" be plenty of room for a few others I've yet to gather, including the entirety of "Year of the Villain."

I bought a new bookshelf, and now I have about twenty unread books haha

Why do I feel so empty inside?
