Random Question šŸ’ Why is Trump still claiming the 2020 election was stolen when US intelligence says otherwise?

I watched Trump's speech tonight where he spent around 25 minutes talking about election integrity and saying he has proof that the 2020 election was stolen and that China was heavily involved. But haven't US intelligence agencies and multiple investigations already concluded that there's no evidence China changed the outcome of the election? Is he just repeating a conspiracy theory and spreading propaganda?

Also, I can't put a pin on it, but I found his speech concerning. I feel Trump and his sycophants along with Elon may try rigging the mid terms. Is there any way they can actually realistically do that?

Random Question šŸ’ Has President Trump gone full tinfoil-hat conspiracy theorist?

Considering his latest speech about his latest supposed conspiracy theories, it's getting bad I think. I think he's close to that level now.

Random Question šŸ’ Trumps National Address Tonight on Election Fraud—is this groundworks for him running a third term?

Hi all.

Don’t know much about American political theory and its application, but I am aware of Trumps address the nation tonight on China meddling with the 2020 election. He is clearly setting the stage for November’s mid terms to enact changes in election laws.

My question is, for those knowledgeable, is he and his admin setting the stage for a possible third term of Trump? Bringing the 22nd amendment to SCOTUS? Or more likely, for another Trump republican to become elected in 2028?

Random Question šŸ’ When will America say we have had enough?

• Upvotes

American citizens areĀ currentlyĀ facing manyĀ ongoingĀ concerns includingĀ ourĀ involvementĀ in aĀ seeminglyĀ never-endingĀ war in Iran;Ā the cost of living, especiallyĀ high gas pricesĀ and grocery pricesĀ that are on the rise again;Ā increasingĀ reports ofĀ ICE AgentsĀ killing people in the streets of our country;Ā healthcare costs compounded byĀ an outbreak ofĀ explosiveĀ diarrheaĀ that is spreadingĀ acrossĀ the country;Ā and political division and theĀ future of our democracy.Ā

Last night our president used aĀ national addressĀ not to address any of these concerns, but to further divide this nation and to try to rekindle many of the same debunked claims he has made before saying that the 2020 Presidential Election was wrought with fraud and that he was the winner – not Joe Biden. As he had done many times in the past, he made these claims while presenting no evidence to supportĀ them.Ā

Just to refresh your memory -Ā

  • Following the 2020 election Donald Trump, his campaign, and various Republican allies filedĀ 62 lawsuitsĀ challenging the election and the results. They lost 61 of those suits.Ā
  • Dozens of federal,Ā stateĀ and localĀ government, and independent bipartisan investigations have been conductedĀ into the 2020 election.Ā None of these investigations have found evidence to support theĀ existenceĀ of voter fraud or foreign interference to the extent that would alter the outcome of the election.Ā
  • On January 6, 2021, it isĀ estimatedĀ that over 50,000Ā of Trump’s supporters attended Trump’s ā€œSave Americaā€Ā rally at the Eclipse. Trump made a speech designed to enrage these people and encouraged them to march to, and re-take, the Capital. Over 10,000 ofĀ them marched, and over 2,000 of those peopleĀ crossed police lines to illegally enter the Capitol building itself.Ā This led to over 1,500 people being facing criminal charges for their actions that day and almost 1,300 convictions that Trump has since pardoned.Ā
  • The events of January 6 have been determined to be the direct cause of the death of nine people, five of those peopleĀ wereĀ membersĀ of law enforcement.Ā
  • On several occasionsĀ Rudy GiulianiĀ claimed to haveĀ ā€œhard evidenceā€ in a suitcase in his apartment that he would be presenting ā€œsoon.ā€Ā That evidence was neverĀ produced;Ā I guess heĀ forgot to pack it when he was forced to surrender thatĀ apartment to the two election workers he falsely accused of altering 2020 ballot tallies.Ā
  • There areĀ possiblyĀ stillĀ dozens of boxes of the EpsteinĀ filesĀ hiddenĀ from the public in the basement ofĀ Mar-a-Lago.Ā Ā

So, I will askĀ again – WhenĀ will America say we have had enough?Ā

Please share your thoughts.Ā

Random Question šŸ’ Why do american politicians thank they can sanction Canada over wildfires? Why are they so dumb?

Did they already forget that Canada sent their firefights to the US, last year, to fight wildfires in California?

Why are they so stupid? Why does America still have wildfires if they are masters at putting them out?

Random Question šŸ’ If the federal government can rapidly allocate $10 billion to revitalize defense manufacturing in key swing states, why does it remain so difficult to secure bipartisan funding for local infrastructure or education?

President Trump and War Department Secretary Pete Hegseth recently announced a massive $10 billion investment in defense industries across Pennsylvania, pointing to a goal of establishing an "arsenal of freedom." While boosting manufacturing jobs is generally popular, it raises the classic "guns versus butter" debate. Why does national defense consistently bypass the intense funding gridlock that stalls critical domestic projects like healthcare, roads, and education?

Random Question šŸ’ Somebody explain to me the pro-Israeli perspective and why is the US involved in the Middle East?

I've been trying to read a lot of news and articles in hopes of understanding the Middle east better and the power dynamics in the Middle East. I'm super confused about the perspective that is pro-Israeli and the pro-US intervention perspective.

with all respect and no offense,

who gave US the power and responsibility to intervene so much in the middle east and declare power to protect/attack other states? What the US have been doing over the past century in the Middle east confuses me, one day they support this country, the other day they support the next, the next day they build a military base in another country. Why are they doing this and who gave them the power?

who gave israel the power to establish a new country on land where people have already inhabited? Why did they demand a new country and not instead settle around the world? Was peace and coexistence impossible given the historical context?

The establishment of Israel puzzles me because there seems to be many other minority groups around the world that has also faced discrimination, homocides, etc.
