5 seconds... That's how long they were on the sidewalk. I can't excuse the car driver. You don't move up and take the space in 5 seconds when someone does something like this in front of you.

TBF, if someone pulled off the road like this in front of me, I'd assume they intend to park in front of a store or wherever they were going. I would also assume they have basic self-preservation skills.

Don’t delete, yes it has been reposted but not THAT many times and many people haven’t seen it yet. The ones I report are the ones that are 5 or more years old, this appears to be recent
