This has always been the problem. The line between victim and co-conspirator was thin, gray, and not very focused. They would co-opt the girls into recruiting other girls. The question is: how do we as a society deal with that? Do they get a pass if their testimony leads to convictions of "the right people"?

I dont know these people either but in things like this its usually easier to get another women to pick up other women/young girls than it is for an old man. Even in peistitution rings youll have a guy at the top but he puts a female in charge of the ladies. I guess the implication is these people either actively recruited young women or turned a blind eye.
Same as previous. FBI were only supposed to redact the victims, by court order. They redacted co-conspirators (i.e. perpetrators). Takeaways are -- FBI is in the president's pocket, and it's helpful for the public to know some of these names. Functionally nothing changes until they are brought to court.
Depends. I’d imagine most people associated with Epstein were unaware or willfully ignorant to his sex trafficking. He was a wealth manager first. The sex trafficking seems to have been a way to lure in and sorta blackmail clientele. Probably also to gain insider knowledge for trades.
Some for sure helped him lure in girls and participated in the sex trafficking aspect. People will do anything if the price is right.

Don't get me wrong, shame on these women for participating in evil but this is super sus that they're unredacting all women and none of the damn male predators.

This files stuff is not what FBI could gather. It is what they were too late to gather or just didn't even bother to. The government can and will know what I eat, drink, and shit better than me if it wants to. No one cares enough to take drastic action. So ima chill in another shithole until any of this stuff actively touches me.
Why are all the "co-conspirators" exposed women ? Then only person that has be held responsible in any way is Maxwell who is a woman. What about Epstein's buddies ?!

There are multiple direct accusations against Trump in the Epstein files that have been released.
There have been direct accusations against Trump even before we saw the files.
There are pictures of Trump with victims at parties, including at parties he denied being at after he claimed to have cut ties with Epstein. Some of these were accidentally released and then redacted.
There are emails between Epstein and Maxwell where they discuss how Trump is implicated and knows about the trafficking, and they discuss how Trump was drooling after the girls and nearly walked into a wall lusting after them. They then discuss how he was alone in a room for an hour with one of the victims. Another email discusses the possibility of blackmailing him in coded language, involving Steve Bannon as a contact.
The files confirm repeatedly that Trump knew Epstein was recruiting girls from Mar A Lago, knew he was a pedophile, and continued to party with him for years afterwards. He lied about when he cut contact and why. He lied when he denied being on the Lolita Express.
This is what's known and out there already. Is there worse in unredacted files? Yeah, probably. But I wish more people talked about how we already have lots of evidence instead of wondering when we'll get it.

& 2. are not hearsay when they involve victim testimony. Hearsay is describing something you were told happened, not what happened to you. And at least one victim did go under oath.
Functionally no rape cases could ever be prosecuted, or most crimes for that matter, if we demanded direct evidence like filmed footage of the act and nothing else would do. Trump lying about his connections to the crime, victim statements accusing him, and means and opportunity, are sufficient for convictions in many cases and certainly to investigate and prosecute. I cannot overstate how impossible and unreasonable it would be to dismiss this very strong evidence and say only a confession or recording would do.
Again, not hearsay. They are describing their first hand observations. The emails do not say Epstein was trying to get dirt and couldn't. I'm not sure where you got that impression from.
It is unambiguously evidence of crimes. Not proof of crimes, but evidence. That doesn't mean it's sufficient to charge him, but that doesn't mean it shouldn't be investigated to build a case. Especially when we know the most damning evidence is still being covered up.
#1 & #2 Accusations (hearsay) no formal legal proceedings
#3 he’s at the parties, does not provide evidence he partook
#4 More hearsay by Maxwell and frustrated Epstein himself, also Epstein sent emails speaking on how he wanted dirt on Trump and couldn’t get it
#5 still not evidence of crime. We “know” he is a pedo right now but cannot act legally on it. If this was enough evidence you could try and make a case against him. People have tried and failed like with the Jane doe case.
He’s a piece of shit president and human being but we don’t have actionable evidence until things get further redacted. But there’s no way and hell that he releases evidence to the public that is actionable to his incarceration. I want him gone but your list isn’t enough
One of the most litigious men in history has never initiated a lawsuit against people calling him a pedophile? Not saying that’s a smoking gun, but my god, the odds are not in favor of the bootlickers.
Tbf, sarcasm doesn’t always come across very well via written text. It’s unfortunately too easy to relegate brief comments to the realm of flippant support, but I see where you’re coming from with context.
It is just like the evidence of rigging the California election, it's right there for everyone to see, these photos show me nothing except for the ones in bed I have been closer to my sister in law. If this is all they have I see why nobody has been charged. Gotta do better than this if I am on the jury!
Is it just me or does that look like he rented a hotel room and packed a rubber sex doll in his suitcase just to see when the security photos would filter into the mainstream?
Legit legal question: some of those coconspirators were, at some point, also victims, if they're ever to be judged (doubtful), will they be judged the same as other coconspirators?
I closed my eyes to just listen to the song. I had tears going cause it brought me back to easier times when I would listen to it and not fully understand all the words being said (English isn't my first language). It is one of my favorites...
