This is my honest review on Pragamata a game I wasn't expect to enjoy so much
So I got the game recently and man it was a really unique experience and that I would love to share my review on the game from the plot, to presentation and the gameplay keep in mind is on the Switch 2 version so without further ado
To start with the story and I really enjoyed it, the near future aestethics when astronauts look have high take but not to the point of sci fi felt really nice world building that feel closer to our world with all honestly. The team work of Diana and Hugh felt really good they work together and enjoy each other all the way feel like a genuine familial relationship even if not in blood which Hugh's leitmotif of that family is those who close to your heart really touched me I see they really care for each other through their missions and the time they spent for playing like with the hide and seek minigame, Diana was a really good companion character, I just enjoy seeing her all happy and motivated and her edge as an android make her even cooler for and being later on the antithesis for the antagonist felt like a good way to give her an arc to grow up, still joyful as ever but taking the matter of the world's fate to her hand with hugh, sure I kinda wish to know more on Hugh's dead crew before but regardless I feel is a roster of less is more isn't big but it doesn't need to be.
For the presentation I really liked it, to be fair I am more to cartoonish anime look (Kirby fan) but the RE engine pulled a lot unique looking places for a space station area on the moon while also have it's own identity with the dead fillament, enemies feel artificial but in a way is easy to read what they are doing my only real issue is just some effect like this one projectile enemy sphere not have the most readable animation but they really my only complain on that regard, in terms of performance the game ran smoothly for me with only two instance of framedrops in the final area outside of combat that last a second or two, but not a big deal. The music is also good nothing that stick to me besides the battle theme but it does sell the isolation that the two muat face and the little moment of happiness through all of it. The gameplay was amazing as well generally speaking I am not a shooter guy I enjoy to play up close and personal in my action games, but Pragmata found a way for me to get engaged with the hacking system I felt good to try to hack enemies in action as fast as possible ble spreading damage while keeping a good defense on the way with the multiple secondary weapons feel like a good way to give you subweapons to help you in battle, personally in weapons I mained the rapid fire main, the shockwave gun and photon laser for my red ones, the bubble shield and drone hive for my blue one and the stasis net and the code gun for my green ones with the hacking nodes I used multi hack, confuse, freeze and chain as my general mains, for the side training section they were alright not my all time favorite but it feel good to have, my the game linearity was for the benefit as I feel searching for items isn't frustrating though the moment I need to backtrack not bad but part of me wishing I just should had done it most of the time but not a big deal, the difficulty feel right I only died 3 times in total but it felt is my fault for playing too reckless and with overdrive and the critical shot satisfy my up close and personal playstyle for playing patience and effective, the boss I think is a good line up besides the worm boss which dragged a bit for my liking they were a good challenge though the final boss (not the victory lap one) defenitley top 5 final bosses it remind me a lot of what I like in my favorite final boss of all time chaos elfilis, a lot of coverage that can be dealt with smart positioning, quick reaction telegraphed attacks, importance to the plot and offer a fair fight. In conclusion, I really glad I played the game I will say alongside DMC5 is my favorite game capcom outputted I still need to play on lunatic NG+ but regardless cudos to the Capcom developers for this game hope

This is a tough one ... I really liked the game for the first half or so, as you're discovering new things and progressing the story and unlocking new equipment options. Then the back half hits and it's just ... more and more of the same. Not my style but I get why people like the game so much.

What are your best tips/build for Lunatic mode? Just about to complete Unknown Signal and Know I'm behind the ball on skill/proper builds.
I'm just about to fight the final boss again for unknown signal and I was curious what y'alls best tips/builds are for lunatic mode when I try that. I know my skill isn't the greatest and using keyboard has made for interesting moments.
I went through blindly for first run which was on standard mode and was just curious how those who are good at games build their characters in this. For instance, I just found the carbine worse than the pistol but is it?

Am I missing something?
So I want to unlock the last row in red for bingo card, and it’s telling me to unlock the red door in central lift, from what I gather I have already unlocked it, but have not defeated it yet. Do I need to pass the level behind the red door to unlock the card row, or do I need to unlock red card in another area of Terra Dome? Many thanks to reading and helping me figure this out. 👩🚀

My GoTY!!❤️
What really made this game stand out was how incredibly fun it was to engage with its mechanics and Lunatic difficulty. I know most ppl hate it cuz enemies become damage sponges, but I never felt that using the Heat build. Additionally, I barely upgraded my suit on Lunatic which definitely added to the survival aspect. I even managed to reach Sector 4 without upgrading Lim Cannon, but then my friend mentioned that it melts bosses in about 30 seconds lol. Also, Diana was super cute with her shelter interactions!

This cutscene made much more sense after second playthrough Spoiler
galleryThis was the cutscene where Eight is transferring her knowledge to Diana.
In my second playthrough, this scene made much more sense now after knowing what happened next. I'm glad Hugh unintentionally stopped the transfer for it to not finish completely or else Diana will have Eight's intentions as well.

Thank You, Capcom!
Thank you for not just a “game,” but a whole array of emotional senses when I play the game. I’m a 55 year old gamer dad and Peepaw. This game has brightened my world and helped me emotionally! Whoever sent this hat to me, thank you from the bottom of my heart! My daughter, Ella, said I look younger with it on! So that’s a win! 😂
