Nuvio got “removed,altered” right when I hit download. Any solutions?

I am on Android TV version. Prior to putting on movie i'd have been on latest version.

I was in the middle of a film with the family. I did nothing and it stopped the film, popping up asking if I wanted to choose advanced or simple with no context.

I chose advanced, it knew what I was watching but has nothing else stored. I tried to sign back in and now won't generate a QR code. 'An unexpected error occurred'

I was already up to date and had already been signed out at the last update. I also didn't have any update choice. It just forced it.

Edit: Should clarify that I now think it wasn't an update. Unless it's started background updating, nothing downloaded. Looks more like it just forced a logout.

Can anyone please let me get a good catalog collection to be added to my Nuvio Main screen?

I uninstalled mine, reinstalled it again, it comes with cinemeta and OpenSubtitles v3 by default, right?

A month ago I added some good catalogs and collections, Trending, Studio, Media companies (Netflix, Amazon, Disney+...) the upcoming movies etc..

It was really good but can't remember what I did exactly and from where I installed them.

Because later on many disappeared and I added many others that made the screen messy. So I decided to start over and reinstalled it again.

Any help please? I just wanna have a good looking and rich catalogs and collections for my Home screen.

Hi new convert from Stremio and am LOVING this app!

I’ve noticed that under connections I can integrate Torbox directly into Nuvio. I imported my addons over from Stremio with Torbox integrated into the addons rather then the service itself. Is there an advantage of using Nuvios integrated connection over just having the api in the addons themselves?

Everytime I leave an episode without finishing it, nuvio just defaults to the next episode.

For example: I stop watching a show and back out at s5 ep 16 at 29:40 minutes. Whenever I wanna go back to resume the episode, nuvio just shows "up next s5 ep 17" without even saving my ep16 watch progress.

Before anyone asks I have my trakt account already connected. Don't know if this is a user issue or app issue.

Since Nuvio Desktop has been released and is currently in alpha, I'm waiting for a stable release. Until then, I wanted to know if I can have my catalogs set up exactly like this. I use AIO Metadata, and I mostly Watch with P2P since my debrid subscription has expired. I'm wondering if it will be easy to move from Stremio to Nuvio, as Stremio has locked some features behind a subscription, and I've been waiting for a long time for

As you can see nuvio asking me to sign in when I was using it this morning no issues this is the second time its happened to me but this time its not even generating the QR code to log in from my phone which is very annoying anyone have the same issue ?

I was watching a movie and literally mid movie i got kicked from Nuvio, signed out and received "setup again" without being able to login? ( Google TV platform ) Happened like 3 min ago

Lol I knew about nuvio but was too lazy to set it up untill yesterday now I feel like why did I waste this much time on stremio ...the internal player never breaks on nuvio .ui and feel is snappy and beautiful and also so much customisation without much ad ons and pluggins almost you can make it like premium platform.

I switched to nuvio yesterday I have my elfhosted Aiostreams installed now on nuvio with torbox key in it and also connected nuvio to torbox in the the app.is it wrong to keep torbox api in both systems . I mainly use aio streams with 4 ad ons for filtering highest quality remux only 1080p strict no 4K .

The streams are still great but I just needed confirmation since you have same

Can I add some external independent scrapers without torbox key in into get torbox instant integration results. Basically can I use both aio streams and torbox integration choose whichever stream.?

Hi there, I keep reading about TB Instant, or Nuvio Instant, and apparently it can be set up via Comet?

There is a lot of conflicting information, so I would appreciate if you could please explain what is the right way to set it up?

My understanding is that streams can be searched and started much faster if we use Instant?

My current setup is quite simple - Nuvio, torbox, AIOStreams, AIOMetadata. I'm using android tv and mobile, so can do the setup on either platform.

P.S. I did try setting up Comet, but Comet is forcing me to turn on P2P mode, which I prefer to not use.

I really love these BetterPosters tags or whatever they're called. They look clean and just beautiful!

My main issue is that they're sometimes inconsistent with AIOMetadata. For example, I've seen two different movies or shows both labeled "#2 TODAY." It can also make the UI feel a bit busy with all the numbered rankings.

Would it be possible to remove the ranking numbers and simply use "TRENDING" instead?

Guy for example I have downloaded xyz series-ep02 to my torbox but when I tried to play it from metadata search(series -> episodes) the cached file doesn't recognise through addons like aiostreams , torrentio, stremtru etc

The only option is to play it manually for the torbox library or streamtru store.

Is there a way to make the metadata to recognise my cached file from my torbox library?

Hi everyone! I'm 14 years old and still trying to figure out how all of this works. I wanted to use TorBox, but it doesn't seem to be supported in my country, and I'm not sure why.

Are there any good alternatives to TorBox? My goal is just to help my dad watch his favorite movies, but I'm having a hard time understanding everything. If anyone could point me in the right direction or explain how these services work, I'd really appreciate it.

Google tv streamer 4k

150mbps connection.

So i just started using nuvio and it’s great, the only problem I’m having are the streams loading time and video loading time are a bit slow.

My setup is torbox with aiostreams, in aio my addons are comet, streamthru, torrentio and library.
Im on android tv and the latest nuvio update, my internet is stable around 320-350Mbps.

I have already changed the cdn on torbox, switched to fast subtitles, disabled tunneled playback and afr, reduced timeout time for addons, i have enabled dynamic fetching strategy

Is there anything i should add or disable?

I'm using Nuvio for Android TV and on the latest update released a couple of days ago. Since last I've been experiencing constant buffering when streaming 4k shows and movies. I know it's not a connection issue because I have gigabit internet. I've tried switching to a different source for the file, but they all seem to buffer. Currently using torbox for debrid. I've never experienced these issues before until yesterday.

Nothing is loading, is anyone with the same problem? Also torbox is buffering. Not a debrid issue because I have torbox on stremio too and is ok.

I want to create my own Collections, and I'd like to have "Just Added", "New Movie", #25 Today, etc., at the top of the covers. Does anyone know how that's done?

why this movie is stream smoothly in mobile but not on my Bravia X80J(I don't think it's processor problem)(buffer or won't even open)(i am using 2nd one to stream 23.4Gb http) others don't even work either on tv

So i was wondering, if files are cached, internet speed is 10gb, Remux file is like 65gb big, why do i get to buffer every 30-60 sec for like 3 sec ? It happened multiple times on Comet. Is it AD bad or what? Do i need to switch debrid or?

Both Trakt and Nuvio sync have problems, the only way to actually sync on another device is to disconnect Trakt and reconnect. It's really the only thing that's disappointing about Nuvio but it's a pretty big disappointment...
