Depends on the contract, if there's no clause that lets them void it, he might still get paid. Perhaps no future royalties per item sold since it's been pulled off, which is probably a good chunk.

The Spanish steaming community is quite odd. They usually take it way more seriously than English speaking streamers which can be more enjoyable but they’re all very obsessed with nationalities and countries. Spanish speaking streamers get very obsessive over receiving hate messages like this and they make a huge deal out of it while English speaking streamers don’t care as much. Also if a streamer says something bad about a country the streamers from that country will all freak out and make videos responding and they usually go too far then that angers the people from the other country and it’s an endless cycle of that. Which would never happen in the English speaking streaming world.
He couldn't care less about Burger King. He made a video 2 years ago about buying a 2 million penthouse in Madrid and he keeps making money from videos and streaming. He has been generally hated for years now here in Spain and has been always polemical because of his complex of superiority and attitude. This is pretty normal for him and not even close to a big fumble by his standards

Theres actually more context as he was recently involved in a controversy that hit the entire country after he said he wouldnt be with a "10" girl like the actress Ester Expósito because of her political thinking saying "It is not worth It for anyone to be with someone like her, Id much rather prefer a 6 girl like (name of his girlfriend) than her, doesnt Matter shes so hot if she has such a stupid reasoning" and then when confronted by many people calling out the message as sexist and denigrating for his girlfriend, he had a crashout on stream saying "he was un-cancellable" and that no one understood what he meant, twisting back his previous words. This is not the first time something like this happens in Spain with xokas as he's quite infamous and meme'd as this know-it-all guy
He's a well known asshole that's constantly saying the most outrageous things, has a very fragile ego, is almost always very confidently incorrect in whatever he happens to state, and generally behaves like this all the time. His followers are mostly children, teens and very immature adults.

It was a promotion that started in late June where these 4 content creators released their own menu, whoever reached the goal of sold menus (with their own designed burger, and also 3 possible key rings personalized of every creator) first won the competition and it was supposed to last the whole summer.
The burgers were sold for over 3 weeks until they cancelled today his burger, the other 3 are still in the race, and he was actually winning by a bit of a margin.
