Nah content in this context is loweffort and low quality. There's definitely a lot of stuff on netflix that falls under that category but a movie isnt automatically content
You see, this is what happens when you steal too many Fr*nch words, people end up not understanding basic words. The word content just means what's inside of something. What's inside the comedy movie is its content.
Ludwig was pretty clear he was going to try to actually teach a class going into this, not make content. Idk about the rest of Streamer U but he stuck to what he said.
If the people at Streamer U actually do care to be successful at streaming they really should be going to the classes by the guys looking to “teach” in a semi serious manner.
Ludwig brought up a stat that the median streamer at last years streamer U is in pretty much the exact same place they were last year. Obviously it’s a huge opportunity for the people who are at it but it’s nearly a waste of their time to clip farm.
Lacy has been forced by publishing company's since the beginning, he's a talentless tryhard. I swear he's going to be the downfall of this whole generation of clip farming zoomers.
A lot of this sub are oldhead millennials that come from the days when the poggers community was at its height. That's also why you see a lot of comments saying "who watches this stuff?" When a clip of a W/L streamer is posted.
I'm not claiming it isn't corny, but whenever someone questions why people would watch stuff like this it's pretty obvious that young people are the ones watching it. The content is catered to them. I wish so many young people wouldn't watch this type of stuff either but they do.
The Ice Poseidon irl streams were way worse than most things I have seen from the W/L community, but people here still think it was somehow good. It started the entire trend of walking around with a speaker while playing annoying shit and being a public nuisance. His permanent ban was completely justified.
The event is just boring to watch for a lot of us because it's pretty tame and normie-coded without any gaming. I think a few of them are entertaining, but more than half of it is genuinely just dull personalities being viewbotted in front of a camera.

Last year's student body was better? Also would be better if it was more diverse, similar to a Mr. Beast video. I think Kai knows the sponsors were probably expecting more so that is why he keeps mentioning the incoming special alumni.
I looked into more of ludwig's teaching and it wasn't really supposed to be funny for the most part. It was genuinely about how to become a more successful streamer. I thought it was pretty interesting TBH.
Based on what subreddits you’re active in you are a streamer hater in general and are just here for lsf goon clips. So it’s to be expected that you struggle to find humor in people you already dislike.
Kevin Hart is obviously a funny comedian but I don’t like him and so I rarely find things he does or says funny.
I think what I like most about SU, & hope that they will always keep in mind as SU gets bigger, is as important as the networking & clip farming is, the most value out of SU is the mentorship between big & small & everyone in between, & actually trying to grow streamers. Everything else is great but comes 2nd lol.
It was very similar to agent's class, & i think part of it is because he commands the same respect & adoration & has the charisma, experience, and stage presence to keep streamers, who have notoriously short attention spans, engaged, & interested. Not every big streamer has that ability, but for the ones that do, they tend to have better classes lol.

What i do is that every time I renew my sub, I also give 20 subs. Unless they make a tier 4, I'm just gonna keep doing it for my streamer cause it's 50 bucks worth of entertainment for a month!

Just finished the same video. It was pretty good a lot of the advice just works in all aspects of life. Like goals and goats. The goal section could be a bit better but he was limited in time
Streamer University has more practical value than both Twitchcons combined. Admittedly Streamer U is the equivalent of getting into Harvard compared to community college. Good on Kai and everyone involved putting it on.
Kai's first stream with the orientation and the schedule handouts is real quality content. This is so different than anything I've seen before. The schedule handouts are almost like American Idol auditions.
