I fucking cracked up first half, about midway through kane had barely touched the ball, pickford left the box and came another 10 yards out, was looking for a pass and kane literally showed up 5 yards ahead of him asking for the ball then pickford launched it 50yrds up the pitch.
Kane barely stayed upfront for most of the game, mostly because no one was passing to him. he then showed up stupid deep again before actually getting the ball turning and sending it 40 yards setting up the attack that led to the goal.
When you're so starved of the ball you're running up to the keeper to beg for a pass.

The problem was Argentina picked up intensity to a level England couldnt match. There was nothing England could do.

Keeping up the pressure rather than parking the bus is something they could have done. The safest place to keep the ball is at the other end of the pitch to the goal you're defending.

I called it when he started putting 2 extra defenders on the field in like the 60th something minute, like what are we thinking. I get this anti football gets results if you're the weaker side but England were the better team before scoring the goal. They score Tuchel calls for a bus to be parked and it's just a matter of time before they score and once it was 1-1 you can't get an attack going with 7 defenders on the pitch
