I was willing to be super good faith and give Hasan the benefit of the doubt that he was not using a shock collar (before the other clips surfaced). But I’ve never known a dog owner, who pampers their dog, to not react to their dog crying out in pain except to call them a “baby”.
His reaction fits the profile of someone who is super strict with their dog. Not someone who spoils it.

Ive personally gotten through to two different hasan fans (im not an antifan, i just try to get them to not uncritically support hasan/what he says), but its tough.
But the portion of his defenders I've seen(which I want to say aren't many, but I'm both saddened they exist, and yet not surprised they do), the excuses are insane. In less than a week they went from "it didn't happen, she caught her claw on the bed" to "it did happen, but it's a good thing, and if you sont also use a shcok collar your dog is poorly trained" is INSANE. I think this just shows in a microcosm how ideology can capture people and, in a much smaller, less severe example, how batshit people can gain favor and power.
Also just wanna respect you as a person who has a brain and can think for themselves to not defend everything someone you like or once liked does lmao.

Even if you take away the entire situation of the shock collar (which is extremely fucked), the fact this idiot wants to keep a Tibetan Mastiff in a dog training bed in a room is insane. This is a breed that needs a property with acres to get adequate exercise daily. Even if he thinks the dog is spoiled and happy, it's not. It probably is overjoyed every time it's able to get off it's training bed to experience a couple hours of freedom each day. Being confined to this tiny space with a couple hours of exercise a day is living no better life than a dog in a shelter.
Don't ever let these creatures bully you into not criticizing a dog abuser.
The reason things got worse for PirateSoftware is because like Hasan, narcissists cannot ever admit they're wrong and will keep digging. Multiple shock clips, prong collar, and pulling his old dog by the tail and that's just what we know about.
Abusing dogs should be a life sentence. There is nothing more evil than to hurt a creature that is genetically bred to love you. To torture it for views and image is beyond forgiveness.
