My dog growing up would never howl except for two occasions. One was when I played my harmonica in front of him. The other was at night, outside, when there was a full moon visible in the sky. It was cool

Had a dog that would howl if we all did it but we found out she did it when she thought she was home alone. If you caught her she'd instantly act like she was doing something wrong lol

My dogs don't howl with sirens. Most dogs don't.

The first Wednesday of every month is when my city tests the tornado sirens, my dog becomes an opera singer every time

Cop car sitting in the middle of the road
People walking everywhere
These cops are covering an event or something. Their job, at that moment, is to stand there and just be present if something happens. There are so, so many legitimate issues to complain about with our police. This isn't one of them.
