Discussion 🤔 It's one of the only good university in Rampur, where thousands of students study, where will they go? They haven't built any educational institutions themselves, but they are very keen to demolish the ones built by the previous govt

First of all hello to mr IT cell ke tattu.

I got curious and searched about this University and I got following information by just a single search. PUBLIC MONEY WAS USED TO BUILD A PRIVATE UNIVERSITY AND LAND WAS ENCROACHED FROM DALIT FARMERS. 1. This is a private university owned by Azam Khan (you can search who he is) and 3000 crore of govt fund was used when he was minister to build this uni. 2. Parts of this uni is built on encroached land including govt land and land of common people. 100 bigha land was taken forcefully from local dalit farmers without any compensation. 3. 38 out of 40 buildings of this uni were constructed without any approval hence their is order of demolition.

Don't bother bro. These are brainwashed fools who won't do first hand research on their own. They have understood the assignment that opposing everything the government does is appreciated online and boosts their social ego. Why would they bother spending time going through any details if all they need to do is nod in agreement to everything. OP says, they won't build anything but are breaking things built by previous government. But there are absolutely no university, hospitals, roads, rails, airports, nothing which the previous government in their 75 years built more than this government has done in their 12 years. But hey, who is checking as long as you nod along to the socially accepted rhetoric.

Ayodhya mandir k liye b lakhon logon k ghat toda gya h without any compensation

u/vats1609 16h ago

Kisne bola compensation nahi mila? 🤡

-6

u/Thick-Yellow-984 11h ago

u/Due-Hour-426 15h ago

Was the caste of the farmers relevant?

2

u/Limp_Figure5145 5h ago

No , when it comes to muslim But Hindu then must required

-16

u/No_Education_4819 21h ago

So the solution is to break it? Money has been spent, lets keep it as it is, and fine Azam khan??

16

u/Acceptable_Head_6249 21h ago

What will you do , when your hard earned property is taken away illegal , will you be happy.?

11

u/AromaticPerformer108 21h ago

It ain't rainbows and sunshine lil bro.

Why the hell would farmers let go of their land which was taken from them illegally? This uni is a private property.

What if I build a house on your land when I am in power ( Azam Khan was a minister when this was built) would you say the same?

-6

u/Over_South985 20h ago

Illegal hai tho illegal hai.... Has to be broken. But just asking... what if it's converted into govt University, everything is the same but ownership changes by order of law. Azam khan should be fined and made to pay compensation from his own pocket to all who's land was grabbed and then sent to jail. Then govt can run the university.... Far fetched?

8

u/AromaticPerformer108 20h ago

Umm he's already in jail.

And i don't think it easily possible to convert private institutions into govt ones.. like that would send a very bad msg to private investors. Also their was no approval to build 38 buildings, what if they were built subpar? So there's risk too. And It's not only farmers land other departments including PWDs land was encroached too. And I just found out the gate of this uni was built by encroaching public road.

1

u/Over_South985 2h ago

Lol...! Best it is demolished then. Too bad about the money being wasted.

It is not a private home, it is an university. Students study there. Compensate the people who lost their lands and keep the university as it is.

8

u/AromaticPerformer108 20h ago

It's a PRIVATE UNIVERSITY dmbfuck

-7

u/No_Education_4819 20h ago

Yeah not a private DOMICILE. It is a UNIVERSITY. Students study there. If you would have ever studied in a University you would have known that it shapes your future/career. Azam Khan will loose nothing, its the students who will loose their career over foolish political rivalry.

9

u/AromaticPerformer108 20h ago

Oh pls f@ck off. 38 out of 40 buildings are built without approval from govt.

Who takes the responsibility if one building collapses and students dies? How can we trust a criminal (azam Khan) to build something legitimate? And future of students admitted here is a matter of discussion but not a reason to let someone break all the laws and build a PRIVATE PROPERTY.

5

u/AromaticPerformer108 20h ago

And please try telling the same to the poor farmers who had to submit their land out of fear and were left without and backup. Their future is also important.

Management fully aware of legal requirements: RDA
The RDA further observed that the university management was fully aware of the legal requirement to obtain permission before construction, as it had secured approval from the Zila Panchayat for the two authorised buildings. Despite this, it proceeded with the construction of the remaining structures without obtaining the necessary sanctions.
Concluding its findings, the authority held that the constructions violated the provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act and were therefore liable for demolition and other action under the law.
It also dismissed the university’s legal submissions concerning the master plan, zonal plan and other provisions of the Act, maintaining that the legality of any structure is determined by whether it received approval from the competent authority under the laws in force at the time it was built.

“Jauhar University was not built for the welfare of society, nor was it built to educate poor Muslims. It was built for personal interests. Government land was encroached upon for the construction of the university. Government-built roads worth crores were included on the university campus; some Waqf properties were also included. All this was revealed in an investigation. Following this, necessary action was taken,” Ansari told IANS.

There is no need of teaching students how to make bombs 🐷

-1

u/Rude-Youth-2654 4h ago

What should they do join RSS and learn to steal mandir funds and open up a cow urine factory

2

u/Street_Button2637 1h ago

Better than becoming live bombers. And comparing 1 in a 1 lakh case vs 99000 of 1 lakh case is not logical

0

u/Appropriate_Wind_488 1h ago

Fuck extremists that build bombs. But to think that your Hindutva dummies are 1 in 1 lakh is a joke. We have a majority of uneducated clowns crying like victims, get out of your room and see what’s happening in our country. And don’t try to counter this with bad Muslims, tell me how educated your Hindutva clowns are😂

u/hotshot_adi 4h ago

Why not convert this into a state university or govt offices?

1

u/Objective_Plenty4146 2h ago

Built without approvals. How do we know it's planned for hazards? Tomorrow if something were to happen, the first blame will be how is this existing without govt approvals.

1

u/hotshot_adi 2h ago

Who is asking to open it without checks and hazards??? It would be better if we can utilise it without wasting more tax payer money. That's it

1

u/Objective_Plenty4146 2h ago

Not a civil engineer but from whatever little I know, the planning for such things are done in the planning and architecture phase, everything else would be jugaad. Secondly, what about the people who lost their lands? Displacing them even with compensation is still injustice. Taxpayer money can and should be recovered from the defaulter

1

u/hotshot_adi 1h ago

If everything was jugaad only then catch the officer and IAS officers who approved this as well.

1

u/Objective_Plenty4146 24m ago

Which are the people included when I said defaulter, anyone and everyone complicit. But that's the thing, we need provisions for them to be fired in scenarios where it is proven without doubt.

1

u/PossibleRub5441 35m ago

We already have Al Falah for higher education. No need another one.

1

u/Rolled_banana 8h ago

Wouldn't it be better to absorb the infrastructure and make it a state university? Like you do not have to make anything it's all right there

1

u/akshay041 19h ago

University ki adh mai behind the scenes kya hota hai uska kya, Dhruv Tatti ne apne followers ki ankho mai moot dia hai kya inko bus university ke gaye se aage kuch nahi dikhta🙊

-1

u/Gagan_Chumbi 10h ago

Demolish it no issue.

But what about the students? What has govt done on this part ...? Have they thought of it ?

And can anyone please share the list of universities or colleges opened in last 10 years within this state?
