Please do like I did and block the channels! I told my MIL that we were changing providers and the channel lineup was different.

This. If your parents are old enough that you can pull this off, do it. Block all right wing media from the tv and then play dumb as hell about it. “I don’t know. The cable company must have dropped it. I’ll give them a call later and ask.”

Believe me I have thought about it. But, it is her way of engaging in the world and no matter how I feel about her politics, I don’t feel I have the right to take away her freedom to choose what she wishes to view. I just tune it out and it’s also very eye opening to watch how they are manipulating their audience.
