Like as a Kendrick fan first. Do you guys actually like Baby Keem.?

This is just a question because I’ve been a Kendrick fan since 2012, and I just don’t really like the artist that he’s put on.. personally.

Where as I damn near fuck with every artist J. Cole has put on.

I’m not trying to intrude or anything. Just wanted to see if I’m an outlier to the baby Keem thing.

Everything from movies, games, books, comics, fashion, music and more is filled with esoteric knowledge developed over the years and appropriated from other cultures, such as Tarot, Kabbalah, Numerology, Goetia, and much more.

However, despite the subject's complexity, I will only discuss one aspect that is widely known and easy to understand: Astrological Signs.

These signs evoke archetypes that, if used correctly, can be rich in depth, much like the works of K.Dot.

Kendrick has always referenced being a Gemini; while the duality characteristic of the sign is present in all his work, however, they also have their own correspondents.

Section.80 — July 2 — Cancer

GKMC — October 22 — Libra

TPAB — March 16 — Pisces

DAMN. — April 14 — Aries

MM&TBS — May 13 — Taurus

GNX — November 22 — Sagittarius

Astrological signs possess a range of attributes that make them unique and distinct — such as **element, quality, ruling planet** and more. I want to draw attention to one specific attribute that goes by various names but which I will refer to as "Polarity."

In astrology, polarities represent the fundamental, complementary energies through which the signs express themselves:

Yang, Masculine, Positive

(Active, extroverted, expansive, and action-oriented)

and

Yin, Feminine, Negative

(Receptive, introspective, analytical, and focused on recognition)

By the time GNX came out, I had already formed the idea that Kendrick categorizes his projects into something like "Pop" and "Non-Pop", especially looking at albums like

Section.80(1.5B streams), TPAB(3.4B), and MM&TBS(3.8B), versus GNX (4.5B), GKMC (7B), and DAMN.(10B) in Spotify;

and this pattern gained further momentum with the signs.

Section.80 = Cancer; Cancer is Feminine

GKMC = Libra; Libra is Masculine

TPAB = Pisces; Pisces is Feminine

DAMN. = Aries; Aries is Masculine

MM&TBS = Taurus; Taurus is Feminine

GNX = Sagittarius; Sagittarius is Masculine

So, based on this pattern, we can say with 90% certainty that KL7 will be of the Feminine polarity, which are the signs:

Virgo, Scorpio, and Capricorn.

(It's not 100% certain because Kendrick is unpredictable.)

My analyses align each of Kendrick’s albums with specific zodiac signs, some fitting perfectly, like Section.80 with Cancer, TPAB with Pisces, and MM&TBS with Taurus.

However, there are others where attempts to draw these connections didn't quite work out , such as GKMC with Libra but I’ll leave that part of the work to you so this doesn't get too long.

As a final analysis of this whole idea I've been developing for a long time since last year, I have my prediction for what's to come. I was very torn between Scorpio and Virgo, and then I decided that my final bet will be:Virgo

There was just something about her collaborations with Kendrick that feels timeless. I get Lamar has evolved much beyond the 2010s but I would love yo hear Kendrick and Anna do another track together again.

I don't listen to much Kendrick so I decided to smoke a few bowls and listen to TPAB. So why the fuck is the intro to These Walls so terrifying? The song is a banger but the intro gave me a mini crisis I might just be high laugh at me if I sound stupid

90% could be a stretch but the way the term institutionalized and these walls are used in this scene can kind of be synchronized with how kendrick used them

I’m pretty split on which version I prefer, I really enjoy the slam poetry at the end of TPAB version, but I also enjoy the instrumental crash at the end of the single. What are you guy’s and gal’s thoughts?
